As a customer, when you view the profile of service provider, you can request an appointment with them based on their availability. Once you make a choice on the type of service, location and timing, you can make a request for an appointment. When the service provider confirms the same - your appointment is fixed.
For service providers
To be able to enable booking/appointments please follow the following steps.
- Go to the bookings tab in the Settings section on the application
- Add your availability in the business hours section - this signifies the time slots available for bookings/appointments
- Add services in the Services section - when enabled anybody who receives your profile link, will be able to book you from there
- Share your profile link with clients and contacts and they will be able to request an appointment with you
For appointment/booking seekers
- Click the book button on the profile of the person you want the appointment with and confirm the service you would like
- You can then proceed to selecting the available slot for that person and make a booking request
