As a customer, when you view the profile of service provider, you can request an appointment with them based on their availability. Once you make a choice on the type of service, location and timing, you can make a request for an appointment. When the service provider confirms the same - your appointment is fixed.


For service providers

To be able to enable booking/appointments please follow the following steps.


  1. Go to the bookings tab in the Settings section on the application
  2. Add your availability in the business hours section - this signifies the time slots available for bookings/appointments
  3. Add services in the Services section - when enabled anybody who receives your profile link, will be able to book you from there
  4. Share your profile link with clients and contacts and they will be able to request an appointment with you


For appointment/booking seekers

  • Click the book button on the profile of the person you want the appointment with and confirm the service you would like
  • You can then proceed to selecting the available slot for that person and make a booking request
